HarrisKayot has been a member of NMMA since its inception. Every boat or pontoon we build is fully NMMA certified. All NMMA certification specifications are set to meet or exceed the exacting quality standards established by both the ABYC and the USCG. In addition, since we at HarrisKayot export our products to European nations, every HarrisKayot product shipped overseas is fully "CE" certified by the European Union.

HarrisKayot is also a founding member of IBBI (International Boat Builders Incorporated). The IBBI is a not-for-profit purchasing consortium consisting of 24 independent boat manufacturers. These manufacturers utilize their membership to provide a stronger buying position for products and services. HarrisKayot is able to enjoy the combined purchasing strength, along with its consortium members, to more effectively position themselves to purchase, construct and install the best equipment, components and hardware available in the marketplace. All this makes it possible for the boating consumer in general to enjoy better, safer, more reliable boats than ever before.

HarrisKayot was also a member of the first group of boating manufacturers to become "Marine Industry Certified." The MIC designation represents HarrisKayot's commitment to have only certified staff that is professionally trained in all aspects of marine salesmanship and product delivery.

At HarrisKayot, we have pledged our commitment and support to two independent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) services to measure our customer service and satisfaction index. Surveys are sent all over the world to every HarrisKayot retail customer, to obtain their level of satisfaction with our products. We support both the J.D. Power and Associates, and the MacKinzie Corporation. We utilize these two survey organizations to critically measure our level of quality and workmanship. These surveys also help us to evaluate and enhance our products and services.
